About Alex Mayorga Adame

Alex Mayorga Adame is a Senior Solution Engineer at Thales. He previously spent over seven years at Cloudflare specializing in WAF, Bot Management, CDN, ZTNA, and developer solutions, and 13 years in the financial sector as a Systems Architect at a Fortune 500 banking institution. In the industry since 2004, he started as a programming teacher and has worked across open source, networking, application servers, and security. Born and raised in Zacatecas, México, he now works remotely from Mission, Texas. In his free time he volunteers for Mozilla and ISOC, watches birds and butterflies, and explores nearby gardens and eateries. Alex holds a degree in Information Systems Engineering from ITESM.
